  • The candidates internal and external profiles, ie their true motivations
    and their perception of the type of behaviour they should project

  • A summary of the above and your shift pattern ie how they modify their
    character to suit requirements

  • Also provided are their strengths and weaknesses and the level of
    stress they are under and how they simulate behaviour types to suit current conditions

  • Lastly is a detailed 2 page report on decision making, communication
    style, motivation, management style and the style of management they respond best to
