Position: Director New Relationship Development - Commercial Distribution Finance - Paris

Description:

Our client seeks a Paris based New Relationship Development Director to further develop its commercial distribution finance business across France. Your remit will be the targeting and winning of new name vendor / manufacturer partners with a pan European dealer network across a variety of sector example sectors include agriculture , motor sports & marine.

Our clients focus is on large scale relationships and as such their expectation is that you may only win one or two relationships a year but these will be of significant strategic value.



Candidate Profile



You will be Paris based and a fluent French & English speaker and have at least 5-10 years of structured finance experience. Our clients ideal though is to hire someone with a record of success in distribution finance rather than corporate asset or vendor finance.

You will have an excellent record of successful new business development in structured finance with excellent negotiation & influencing skills and a strong customer focus and a collaborative mindset to enable effective working with your colleagues.

You will be of graduate calibre possibly with an MBA and have excellent communication skills, most of all you will consider yourself and others will consider you to be a driven self starter.
 

Package: Preferred hiring salary is to €100,000 but the salary range extends to €120,000 for a particularly strong candidate. An on target bonus of a further 75% of salary is provided with further earning potential available for over achievers All usual large company benefits are provided including company car / allowance , pension , life , health cover are also provided.
