At Robinson Toms Recruitment we take the issue of client and candidate confidentiality and data protection very seriously. We have a statutory responsibility to do so and our professional operating standards dictate this.

We do not send candidate CV’s to our clients without candidates prior knowledge and approval.

Our clients understand the need to maintain the confidentiality of any candidate introduced to them and are contractually committed under our terms of business to this effect.

If information is transferred outside of the European Union we seek to ensure that our high standards of Data Protection are adopted
