Our global client for whom we have placed staff in UK and in Italy previously are seeking an additional Account Manager to manage and develop their relationship with a global IT manufacturer across the North of Germany.

You will be focussed on engaging with enterprise level customers and gain access to these customers through dealers and systems integrators as the fulfilment method of their IT manufacturer partner is to sell indirectly.

You will need to engage with sales staff and sales managers at the IT manufacturer to engender early and pro-active use of finance as the preferred method of selling their pc’s , desktops and server technology.

You will have a wide range of highly competitive products to sell that encompass residual value solutions.

Targets are sensible reflecting the developing nature of the programme and earnings are totally uncapped with commission typically paid at 1% of the volume you finance.

 

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced vendor focussed business developer who is a naturalised German speaker also with a good standard of English as this is the international language of both of our client and their customer.

You must have a background in vendor leasing , experience of IT finance would be beneficial but is not a pre requisite so if you have experience in hard assets and would like to move into a faster paced and typically also better paid part of the finance and leasing sector please do apply.

You can be based anywhere in northern Germany but can expect to travel extensively to fulfil the role. Your customers local head office is Stuttgart so you can expect to go there probably once or more a month possibly more initially , but otherwise you will work from home as the sales staff at your customer do.

You must have the confidence to be able to challenge, in the right way, dealer sales staff that tell you a deal is going cash and finance is “not needed”. Equally you will need to able to articulate to the finance , buying and IT staff to senior level of an enterprise level customer why acquiring their new IT assets on lease is better use of their capital than using hard earned cash.

Crucially you must be someone who desires to earn a high and totally uncapped income and be someone who has a strong desire for success and be some with gravitas and presence.

Job Package

Year 1 guaranteed income of €120,000 base €60,000 plus a superb uncapped commission plan that pays commission at 0.5% of the volume you write PLUS 8% commission on margin.

All usual large company benefits are provided including a company car or a cash car allowance.
